Since May 2024, I have had the pleasure to co-host with my husband the most fun retro night in the city! We select an authentic VHS from our 1000+ collection to screen at a local East End bar – our new home being FARSIDE TORONTO at 600 Gerrard St East. We are proudly THE OG VHS Night in the East End!
It’s only $15 for a seat, a FREE Common Good Beer, popcorn and chances to win trivia prizes sponsored by yours truly (Squidworx Media & Squid Inx Tattoos) as well as Candy’s Costume Shop on Mt. Pleasant Rd here in Toronto. Tickets can be purchased via e-transfer to retroflixnchill@gmail.com – please email us first for ticket availability and add the movie title in the e-transfer notes.
We typically host this event every first Saturday of the month (unless otherwise stated), sell only 20 tickets to keep it intimate and we almost always sell out of tickets!
